Attend a RINGS class
RINGS is an 8 hour research-based marriage education class that includes topics on committing, connecting, conforming, confronting and confiding.

Request restoration mentoring
Includes a highly insightful online inventory as well as eight 60-90 mentoring sessions with a trained and supervised mentor couple. Attending RINGS required.
